PEI Architect was thrilled to participate in this year’s Open House New York Weekend (OHNY). Each October, OHNY Weekend offers unparalleled access to the best of New York City’s built environment by unlocking more than 200 sites across the city for tours, talks, and exploration.

Representatives from VIP HOUSE COMPANY LLC and The Centurion, gave tours of the building’s lobby with waterfall feature, and a fully furnished penthouse. Sandi Pei described the inspiration and design of the grand building. This luxury residential development, clad entirely in French Burgundy limestone, evokes and updates a century-old tradition of luxury residential properties marked by handsome silhouettes and rich materials. The principal south-facing elevation is distinguished by a stepped profile with large windows and a succession of shallow balconies and deep terraces offering spectacular views.
